During audio cleaning / enhancing one or more of the following techniques will be used to maximize your audio and deliver a noticeably improved audio file:

• Normalization - Enhance the audio levels to ensure it sounds the same across the entire file
• Click / Pop / Hiss removal - remove and / or reduce the amount of click, pops or hiss sound of a recording
• Equalization - adjust the overall sound to make it pleasing and full sounding
• Background noise removal - removal of background noise (loud office, extreme hiss, wind, etc...)
• General editing - removal of unwanted sections, mistakes, "uh's" or "umm's", etc...

What's Included:

• The "anticipated project time" will be communicated to the customer after the full scope and a copy of the audio file needing enhancement has been reviewed by Hidden Gem Productions
• A complete copy of the customers audio file will be required to accurately determine the project time
• You will be provided a small (partial) sample of the enhanced audio to review prior to agreement of full project cost. If you are not satisfied at this point, you owe nothing
• One (1) modification is included with the audio enhancement project (Additional modifications (changes) will be added to the overall cost of the project at the price listed below)
• A PayPal invoice will be sent to your email address and payment confirmation will be required before delivery of final audio product
